About Michael Iskra
POM Unlimited was founded by Michael Iskra after years of working inside private companies as a CFO, controller, and financial consultant. In those roles, Michael watched business owners generate real revenue and then lose a disproportionate share to taxes — not through any fault of their own, but because no one on their advisory team was engineering the structure.
Michael spent years working alongside CPAs, attorneys, third-party administrators, and investment partners to understand how high-performing tax strategies are actually built and executed. He built POM Unlimited to deliver that coordinated, engineering-first approach to clients who had never had access to it before.
